In Short, The Fund Associate will serve as a critical partner in supporting and strengthening the firm's investment infrastructure, while helping enhance operational processes and internal controls. This position provides meaningful exposure across a wide range of public and private investments and offers a rare opportunity, early in one's career, to gain a comprehensive understanding of how a sophisticated investment platform operates within a lean, entrepreneurial environment.

  • Monitor and reconcile positions across custodians and administrators
  • Assist with onboarding new accounts, counter parties, and service providers
  • Partner with third‑party administrators to maintain the general ledger and investment accounting records
  • Record and reconcile complex investment transactions across asset classes
  • Prepare monthly NAV calculations and internal reporting packages
  • Perform account reconciliations (cash, investments, accrued expenses, income)
  • Assist with valuation support and documentation
  • Coordinate with external fund administrators, auditors, and tax advisors
  • Support annual audit and tax processes
  • Assist with SEC reporting and regulatory support
  • Maintain and strengthen internal controls and documentation
  • Identify opportunities to streamline operational workflows
  • Support ad hoc analysis and reporting for senior leadership
