Position Responsibilities:

*
* + Ensure compliance and champion internal controls and procedures

+ Analyze data and provide business insights to aid decision making by business and finance leaders

+ Train and guide other teammates on expanded reporting capabilities

+ Engage with the business partners to assess internal and external factors, their impact on business performance and to achieve organizational objectives

+ Establish or enhance processes and tools to optimize functional effectiveness.

+ Wall-to-Wall Physical Inventory Audits - Travel 20%

+ Inventory Stock Verification

+ Utilize skills in Microsoft Excel

** Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):*
* + 3+ years of experience in Operations

+ 1+ years of experience with the Microsoft Excel application using: formulas, VLookup, pivot tables, charts and filters

+ Work experience with SAP, including reporting capabilities

+ Experience analyzing, interpreting, preparing, and reconciling financial information

** Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):*
* + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field

+ 1+ years of experience working with Accounts Payable research

+ 3+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance

+ Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and demanding team environment

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills both virtually and in person

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Summary pay range: $75,000 - $88,000
