Cash Accountant; onsite

Cash Accountant (Dallas‑Fort Worth Metroplex – Hybrid, 2 days onsite)

Compensation: $80‑100K annually with bonus. Company offers a lucrative bonus program, a paid week off between Christmas & New Years Eve, and promotional opportunities as legacy staff retire.

• Cash Management:
  Monitor daily cash balances and forecast cash flow requirements.
• Bank Reconciliations:
  Perform monthly reconciliations of bank accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of cash transactions.
• Transaction Processing:
  Record and categorize cash transactions in the general ledger.
• Financial Reporting:
  Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports related to cash activities.
• Internal Controls:
  Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies related to cash management.
• Audit Support:
  Provide support during internal and external audits, including preparation of documentation and response to inquiries.

• Previous Kyriba experience required.
• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience:
  
  1‑3 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a focus on cash management preferred.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
