Crypto Operations Leader — Scale & Compliance

About the Role

This is a high-impact, managerial role ideal for a financial professional who has built hands-on crypto operational experience and is ready to lead a growing team (3 - 4 Crypto Operations Associates in the near horizon). You will own the day-to-day functioning of crypto trading operations, custody infrastructure, and settlement workflows, while maintaining the compliance and risk standards expected of a regulated financial institution.

You will partner closely with Securities Operations, Compliance, Product, and Technology teams to ensure our organization delivers exceptional customer experience while maintaining regulatory rigor.

We’re looking for a hands-on professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited to build crypto operational infrastructure that scales. The role is ideally based in the Greater Dallas area.
