Manager – Private Equity Fund Accounting (Fund Administration)

As a manager on our fund administration team, you’ll work directly with leading private equity and hedge fund clients, supporting fund operations, financial reporting, and investor communications under the guidance of our experienced team. You’ll oversee client deliverables, review complex fund calculations and financials, manage audits, train junior staff, and drive process improvements across multiple engagements.
What you’ll do- Support client leads across multiple private equity funds, ensuring deliverables align with limited partnership agreements and client expectations.
- Apply knowledge of partnership terms to financial reporting, income/expense allocations, and complex fund calculations such as carried interest and waterfall models.
- Prepare and review journal entries, capital account statements, investor notices, and manage capital call and distribution processes.
- Oversee financial statement reviews, coordinate with auditors and tax teams during year‑end, and respond to client and ad hoc requests.
- Lead process improvements, manage competing deadlines, and train and develop junior team members.

- Salary range: $88,000 - $105,000, dependent on experience and location.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in private equity, public accounting, or a mix of alternative asset and public accounting roles, supported by a degree in Accounting.
- Strong technical and analytical skills in fund accounting and administration, with advanced proficiency in Quick Books, Excel, Outlook, Word, and Investran.
- Ability to deliver accurate, high-volume work while managing competing deadlines and maintaining extreme attention to detail.
- Leadership and mentoring experience with junior team members, and flexibility to work overtime when needed.
