About the Company

Crebrid is a nationally recognized private lender specializing in real estate investment financing. With headquarters in Dallas and Plano, Texas, we operate as a trusted digital credit bridge, leveraging advanced technology and deep sector expertise to deliver a streamlined and transparent lending experience. Supported by Barings – an institutional investment manager with over $400 billion in assets, Crebrid offers the financial strength, operational stability, and industry credibility relied upon by real estate investors across the country.

We maintain a professional, collaborative, and performance‑driven culture where individual contributions directly support our organizational success.

About the Role

An Analyst serves as a pivotal contributor on our Capital Markets team. Your role ensures that each loan fulfills investor and due diligence standards, that all documentation is accurate and complete post‑closing, and that the file flows smoothly through investor delivery. Your analysis, organization, and communication will enable confident, timely sales and minimize investor rejections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audit credit, underwriting, and closing documents post‑funding to verify completeness, consistency, and compliance with investor requirements
  • Identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent documents/data; request corrections or supplements and track their resolution
  • Establish and maintain organized digital loan folders; prepare the full loan package for review by due diligence vendors and investors
  • Interface with due diligence firms: review their findings, reconcile exceptions, fulfill all conditions for sale, and coordinate re‑submission
  • Track and log in real time the status of each loan in your loan management system (e.g., where in the sale pipeline, outstanding conditions, deadlines)
  • Produce internal reports, dashboards, or status summaries to inform leadership or sales teams of bottlenecks, loan quality, and delivery timelines
  • Work cross‑functionally with originations, underwriting, closings, legal, and compliance to resolve discrepancies, elevate issues, and ensure seamless file flow
  • Recommend improvements to checklists, workflows, or controls based on audit trends and patterns of deficiencies
Required

Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered
  • Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of mortgage operations, loan delivery, post‑closing review, secondary market, or related experience
  • Advanced knowledge of underwriting, credit, title, closing documents, and investor delivery standards.
  • High attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies, gaps, or risk exposures
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and multi‑tasking skills (handling many loan files at different stages)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to request, explain, and follow up with internal and external parties
  • Proficiency in loan origination/servicing systems, document management, and tracking workflows
  • Sound judgment and escalation instincts—knowing when to push issues upward or negotiate resolutions
Performance Qualifications
  • Experience in secondary market investor delivery, knowledge of due diligence protocols, or exposure to capital markets
Performance Metrics / Success Indicators
  • Percentage of loans that pass due diligence without exceptions or rejections
  • Time (in days) from closing to investor delivery
  • Average time to resolve document or condition issues
  • Accuracy of status tracking vs. actual file state
  • Reduction in investor rejections or corrections over time
  • Throughput (number of loans processed per period) while maintaining quality
Compensation & Benefits

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage with employer‑subsidized premiums
