CRG are currently supporting a growing Dallas based organisation looking to strengthen its payroll function during a busy operational period and ongoing process improvement activity.
This position will support a high-volume, multi-state payroll environment and would suit an experienced Payroll professional comfortable operating within fast-paced, deadline driven businesses.
Key Responsibilities- Payroll reconciliations & variance analysis
- Managing payroll adjustments, bonuses and off-cycle runs
- Supporting payroll compliance activities
- Partnering with HR & Finance teams across payroll queries
- Supporting payroll process improvement initiatives
- Assisting with payroll reporting and audit support
- 4+ years payroll experience within high-volume environments
- Multi-state payroll exposure essential
- ADP, Workday, Paylocity or UKG exposure highly desirable
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to work independently within fast-moving teams
