Analyst, Associate, Senior Associate or Asset Manager/Sr Asset Mgr: CRE Asset Management (Structured/Bridge/Transitional Debt)

Our client is a well-established multifamily capital markets/debt shop. They are currently seeking an experienced CRE asset management professional to join their team in North Dallas
.

Open to candidates from Analyst to Senior Asset Manager level

Hybrid schedule: 3 days in North Dallas.
Potentially open to remote (if near Dallas), on a case-by-case basis

• Ideally seeking 3-7+ years of experience within multifamily asset management
• Prior experience handling transitional debt transactions (
  bridge/structured) is highly preferred
• Strong analytical and computer skills with a thorough knowledge of Excel including the ability to perform cash flow analysis
• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience

• Monitor the collection of required financial reporting from borrowers; including, but not limited to, property operating statements (income statements, balance sheets, aged receivables), rent rolls, STR reports, and guarantor/borrower financials;
• Assess loan risk within the portfolio and make recommendations to senior management to mitigate the risk.
• Manage the draw review process for value-add renovation and ground-up construction projects of varying sizes and scopes;
• Perform quarterly property level valuations in order to value the asset.
• Oversee borrower implementation of business plan(s) associated with a variety of real estate-related assets (including structured/bridge loans)
