Sunoco LP is a leading energy infrastructure and fuel distribution master limited partnership operating across 32 countries and territories in North America, the Greater Caribbean, and Europe. Its midstream operations include an extensive network of approximately 14,000 miles of pipeline and over 160 terminals, supporting the distribution of over 15 billion gallons annually to approximately 11,000 branded retail locations, independent dealers, and commercial customers.

In this role, the senior finance professional will lead a group responsible for forecasting, budgeting, and analysis for Sunoco’s Pipeline segment. The candidate must operate in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment, working closely with accounting, operations, commercial, and regulatory groups. Strong industry knowledge of midstream oil and gas, along with leadership and presentation skills, is required. This position reports to the Sr Director of Financial Planning and Analysis.

• Prepare the annual budget and supervise the entire budgeting process with the Sr Director of FP&A, presenting to senior leadership.
• Maintain and update the long‑term forecast throughout the year.
• Prepare and report monthly results, updating the annual forecast each month for financial, commercial, and operational leadership.
• Maintain close relationships with Accounting, Financial Reporting, Insurance, Tax, Commercial, and Operational groups.
• Prepare budgets and forecast information for joint‑interest and joint‑venture partners.
• Develop quarterly analysis reporting packages for presentation to leadership in preparation for quarterly earnings calls.
• Support the Senior Director of FP&A in responding to external analyst requests.
• Assist the Corporate FP&A group in preparing presentations to investors and rating agencies by providing actual and forecasted financial data.
• Participate in team initiatives to maximize efficiencies through reporting, automation, and optimization.
• Support TM1 production and development environments, maintain existing dimensions, and manage user access/security for multiple users.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Eight years of progressive finance/accounting experience, preferably with at least eight years in midstream pipelines and terminals.
• Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• High proficiency with MS Excel and modeling.
• Knowledge of the midstream oil and gas industry; FERC experience is a strong plus.
• Strong time‑management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience managing a small team of analysts.
• Self‑starter with the ability to learn quickly.

• Experience with IBM Cognos TM1 (preferred but not required).

Normal office working conditions; approximately 50% time in a stationary position due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.

Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing settings may involve exposure to various materials and chemicals, extreme temperatures, and loud machinery, requiring appropriate personal protective equipment.
