• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
• 10+ years of SAP Finance functional experience with a strong focus on SAP S/4

  HANA configuration experience across FI and CO modules.
• Proven experience supporting Finance organizations and business stakeholders with minimal supervision.
• Ability to operate independently as a senior functional subject matter expert while managing multiple initiatives and priorities.
• Strong experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, performing fit‑gap analysis, documenting functional specifications, configuring solutions, and supporting testing activities.
• Demonstrated experience in SAP Finance data mapping, data conversion, reconciliation, and migration activities.
• Good understanding of Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Fixed Assets, Treasury, and Financial Planning processes.
• Experience supporting month‑end close, quarter‑end close, year‑end close, and financial reporting activities.
• Strong understanding of SAP integration points with Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, Treasury, Tax, and external systems.
• Experience supporting SAP S/4
  
  HANA transformation programs, ERP modernization initiatives, and finance process harmonization efforts.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex business and system issues while providing practical, scalable solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience supporting Finance leadership, Controllers, Accounting teams, and IT organizations.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and communication skills.
