A family office has recently taken a majority stake and brought in a new President. The goal is straightforward, double its revenue. No rushed exit, no aggressive timeline just sustainable, well-funded growth.

To achieve their goal, they need the right finance leader. This isn’t a plug and play role, this is someone who can professionalise the function, build the infrastructure, with a at the table as a genuine commercial partner to the President and the investors.

• CPA qualified ideally from a public accounting Big 4 or a regional firm
• 10-15 years of progressive experience
• Operating company experience in a growth-oriented business. PE-backed, family office, or founder-led
• Hands‑on happy to own the accounting while building the function around you
• Commercially minded, able to turn numbers into decisions, not just reports
• CFO ambition, this role has a genuine pathway

• Full accounting function, GL, close, reporting, compliance
• Professionalising processes and implementing new systems and technology
• Cash flow forecasting, budgeting and financial planning
• Direct partnership with the President and family office on strategy
• Building the finance team as the business scales
