Senior Loan Originator - CMBS

We are partnering with a top-tier global financial institution to identify a Senior Loan Originator to lead commercial real estate lending efforts across a high-growth platform in Dallas.

This role offers a unique opportunity to drive originations through a market-leading wealth management network
, providing differentiated access to deal flow and relationships across the region.

This is a highly visible, revenue-generating role focused on originating, structuring, and executing CMBS-eligible loans across all major property types. You will play a critical role in expanding the firm’s CRE lending footprint in Texas and nationally, leveraging both internal advisor channels and external relationships to build a strong, scalable pipeline.

• Originate and execute CRE loans (CMBS focus) across multifamily, office, retail, industrial, hospitality, and self-storage
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline through borrowers, brokers, and internal advisor networks
• Partner closely with financial advisors and private bankers to source proprietary opportunities
• Structure loans aligned with CMBS underwriting standards and securitization strategy
• Present transactions to internal credit committees and senior leadership
• Monitor market trends, spreads, and competitive dynamics across the CRE lending landscape
• 8–15+ years of experience in commercial real estate lending / origination
• Demonstrated track record of closing CRE loans across asset classes and deal sizes
• Strong credit and structuring expertise within CMBS or institutional lending frameworks
• Highly relationship-driven with success working alongside advisors, brokers, and intermediaries
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment
• Willingness to travel across Texas and key markets to drive origination
