Senior Accountant; quick path to Manager - Real Estate Investement Firm

The ODA Group is partnering with a privately held, growing commercial real estate investment firm in the Uptown Dallas area to hire a Senior Accountant
. This is a high-visibility role with a strong track record of success – the CEO has been recognized by EY as a top entrepreneur.

Compensation is very competitive: base salary is above market, with a bonus target of 20+% (last year paid out at 45%) and the opportunity to co-invest in select funds. • Manage and maintain all aspects of the general ledger.
• Partner closely with internal teams, providing financial insights that support decision‑making, strategic planning, and business growth.
• Monitor and analyze financial data, identify trends and variances, and recommend improvements to enhance financial performance.
• Assist with month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close, ensuring accurate and timely recording of transactions and compliance with US GAAP and relevant regulations.
• Support preparation of tax filings and collaborate with external tax advisors by providing data and reviewing filings they prepare.

• 3–6 years of total accounting experience, including at least 1 year in public accounting (audit/assurance).
• CPA or active CPA candidate.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
