We are working with a growing company (professional sports/e-commerce) that is looking to add a Senior Accountant. The company is located in Dallas and is going through tons of growth - Company is targeting $100 million in revenue this year and $125 million next year. They currently have just over 100 employees and are owned by a very successful Dallas based investment group.
This position pays 90K-95K and offers a Hybrid work set up.
- Revenue Recognition Analysis:
Assist in compliance with ASC 606 by preparing revenue recognition entries monthly - Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial operations. - Financial Analysis:
Analyze financial data and provide insights to management on financial performance, trends, and variances. - Financial Systems:
Utilize accounting software and ERP systems effectively. Stay updated with advancements in financial technology. - Financial Projects:
Participate in special financial projects, such as mergers and acquisitions, system implementations, or process improvements. - General Ledger Management:
Maintain the general ledger and supervise the month-end and year-end closing processes. Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- CPA is a plus
- Public Accounting experience is a plus but not required
- 3+ years of experience

Pay Details: $90,000 - $95,000 per year
