A local bank is expanding its Commercial Loan Closing department and is seeking an experienced Commercial Loan Closer to join the team for a contract position. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of commercial loan processing and closing experience
, with a strong focus on commercial real estate loans
. Five years of experience with C&I loans is preferred.
- Review loan closing documents for accuracy and completeness, ensuring proper due diligence
- Manage the closing and post-closing delivery process for assigned loans
- Coordinate with internal departments and third-party partners to ensure timely loan closings
- Perform due diligence and work closely with assigned attorneys
- Work directly with customers to complete all required closing documentation
- 5+ years of experience in commercial loan closing
- Some college coursework preferred
- Strong time management, organizational, and teamwork skills
