Tax Senior Associates - US Individual Tax

We are seeking a Tax Senior Associates - US Individual Tax for the following locations:
Indianapolis, Los Angeles, New York, Dallas.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in preparation and/or review of US individual income tax returns for Japanese expatriates.
• BA/BS degree from an accredited college/university and eligible to sit for the CPA exam or licensed CPA/EA.
• Ability to multi-task various client responsibilities through prioritization of activities.
• Demonstrate problem solving, and solid oral and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in tax preparation software and Microsoft Office products - Excel, Word, etc.
• Strong technical skills in tax compliance and tax research.
• Ability to manage, develop and mentor staff, assisting with professional growth and development.
• Ability to read/write/communicate in Japanese is required.

Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.

Annual Salary Range: $65,000 - $90,000
