Chief Financial Officer – HealthcareLocation:
Dallas, TX.
- Perform CFO functions as part of the client’s accounting services team.
- Identify and implement best practices to add value to the client.
- Work with client teams to set financial policy and participate in overall strategy.
- Drive capital planning, risk management, ratio and KPI analysis, and board interactions.
- Lead financial administration, planning, and budgeting.
- Oversee long‑term budget planning and cost management.
- Monitor budget progress and present operational metrics.
- Ensure financial staff maintain record systems in accordance with principles and monitor fund usage.
- Manage cash flow and forecasting, directing financial accounting.
- Coordinate audit activities.
- Manage multiple client engagements efficiently.
- Build strong client relationships and serve as a key client management member.
- Develop external business network and become a service and industry thought leader.
- 8 years of relevant accounting and/or financial experience.
- Healthcare industry experience highly preferred.
- Quick Books knowledge highly preferred.
- Project and client management experience preferred.
- Comfortable in fast‑paced environments and skilled in multitasking.
- Bachelor’s degree required (Accounting, Finance, or related field).
- Combination of experience, education, and training may be accepted.
- CPA certification preferred.
Primarily in‑office with frequent local travel. Occasional non‑local or overnight travel may be required for client visits and meetings.
