Manager - Private Equity Fund Accounting

What you’ll do- You’ll lead client relationships across multiple Private Equity funds, ensuring expectations are met and timelines are followed.
- You’ll apply your understanding of limited partnership agreements to fund operations, reporting, and investor communications.
- You’ll prepare and review key financial components like journal entries, capital calls, distributions, and performance metrics such as IRR.
- You’ll manage audits, tax requests, and financial statement reviews while continuously improving operational processes.
- You’ll prioritize tasks, respond to client requests, and train junior team members to support team development and efficiency.
- You bring over four years of progressive experience in private equity, public accounting, or a mix of both within alternative asset firms.
- You demonstrate strong analytical and technical skills in accounting, finance, and fund administration.
- You hold at least a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- You consistently deliver exceptional client service, building trust and long-term relationships.
- You apply your expertise to support complex fund operations and drive high-quality outcomes.

- Salary for this position will be dependent on experience and location ($85,000-$115,000).
