Senior Financial Analyst

$120,000 – $140,000 per year | Dallas, TX | On‑Site | Permanent

Jobot is proud to partner with a high‑growth power generation company in their search for a Senior Financial Analyst to help build out a world‑class finance organization.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range financial planning
• Develop and maintain financial models to drive business decisions
• Partner cross‑functionally with operations, accounting, and executive leadership
• Analyze financial performance and deliver actionable insights
• Help build scalable processes, reporting frameworks, and controls

• 3–5 years of FP&A or financial analysis experience
• Background in power generation, energy, or capital‑intensive industries preferred
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills;
  Oracle Fusion experience a plus
• Strong communicator who can translate numbers into narrative
• Self‑starter mentality with a passion for building
