Operations Analyst

A well-known financial services firm is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to support its Private Lending Operations team. This role involves working with internal stakeholders to facilitate loan origination and servicing while ensuring compliance with federal regulations. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and a strong ability to manage risk, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

** 6 Month Contract (potential for extension)

** Fully on-site, 5 days/week - downtown Dallas

Responsibilities:

• Support the Private Lending Services team in the origination and servicing of loans for high-net-worth clients and institutional firms.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Regional Lending Managers, Underwriters, Credit, Legal, and Global Client Financing, across various regions.
• Assist in ensuring clients remain in compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the loan lifecycle.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
• Maintain a strong focus on risk management and compliance, ensuring alignment with federal regulations.
• Provide high-quality client service, responding promptly to time-sensitive and confidential tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience: Prior experience in financial services, lending, or operations is a plus.
• Strong client service skills, teamwork, and ability to manage confidential information.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Ability to build relationships with senior business leaders across multiple divisions.
• Flexible and adaptable, able to perform well under pressure.
