Process Analyst: III (Senior)
Location:
Dallas, TX. Hybrid (2-3 days per week) Duration: 3 months CTH or conversion to FTE
- 3+ years of experience within procurement analysis/ supply chain analysis/ contracts reporting analysis
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Economics, or related field
- Proven ability to work with high volume and tight timelines
- Superior skills with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and accuracy is required
- Understanding of financial processes, particularly around expenses
- Strong communication, analytical and data organization/ interpretation skills
- Exposure to SAP procurement, accounts payable, and payment modules
A large global bank is seeking a Contracts Reporting Analyst to join their finance team supporting the bank's IT organization. This is a great opportunity for someone to learn about the financial processes that enable a large technology organization. This individual will need to be extremely organized, with a strong attention to detail, and able to work in a fast paced environment, occasionally working outside of normal business hours when large projects occur.
This candidate needs to be located in the Dallas area, so that when we return to work, they will be able to commute into the downtown office in a hybrid model. The candidate needs to be able to start as soon as possible. Aggressive follow-up skills are required, and the willingness to question senior leaders for all necessary information is a must.
responsibilities
- See the resource onboarding process through from start to finish
- Create all Expense Requests in SAP for Technology
- Create weekly deck detailing Expense Requests to be presented to the CTO and North America Head of Infrastructure
- Track and manage all Expense Requests from initiation to Purchase Order working with Legal, Contracts, and the Vendor Management Organization.
- Ability to work collaboratively with both finance and technical team members
- Responsible for monthly Expense Request and Invoice report
A process analyst must excel in strategic thinking, financial analysis, strategy development, and decision making. Analyze and report on complex data to meet customer needs. Communicate complex data in comprehensible ways. Identify user needs from user requests and develop strategies by which to meet those needs. Critically evaluate information from multiple sources and clearly indicate quality of final analysis.
Must have Skills- 7-10 years of experience
