This pivotal role involves leading accounting, managing financial reporting, and overseeing cash flow. The Controller will work closely with the Regional CFO and lead the finance team to improve operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with revenue recognition standards.
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and 5 to 7 years of experience in finance leadership, preferably in landscape or construction accounting, along with advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with ERP systems.
