Job Description

The Investment Associate is a key member of the team supporting the CIO in macro-economic analysis and the Private Credit team in the review, diligence and underwriting of new investment ideas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop tools to monitor the health of the credit markets and the performance of the platform credit investments.
  • Manage periodic communications with the advisors on the portfolio investments.
  • Assist the investment team members in screening new investments.
  • Support the underwriting and diligence of new investments in the portfolio.
  • Support the CIO in global economic research and assessing its applicability to asset markets.
  • Prepare accurate and timely presentation materials to communicate the macro-economic views to the firm and its clients.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree – Economics, Finance, Statistics, or Math major preferred.
  • Two years of work experience in an analytical field.
  • Undergraduate GPA of 3.5.
  • Demonstrated academic success and relevant thesis work.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability in large‑scale data analysis.
  • Proficient in spreadsheets and databases (Excel, Access).
  • Experience with coding preferred.
  • Ability to effectively communicate ideas in written and verbal form.
