The Insurance Specialist is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Dallas, TX, responsible for supporting clients with insurance and financial needs across Allstate Financial Services, LLC product offerings. This role includes assessing client coverage requirements, explaining insurance and financial solutions, and assisting with applications, policy changes, and account maintenance. The Insurance Specialist will collaborate with financial professionals and internal partners to ensure accurate documentation, timely follow‑up, and compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.
Daily responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, providing clear and compliant explanations of products, and helping clients navigate claims, renewals, and policy adjustments. The role also involves maintaining detailed records in company systems and contributing to a positive, service‑oriented office environment.
- Insurance and Insurance Brokerage skills to help evaluate coverage needs, recommend appropriate products, and support policy servicing.
- Finance knowledge to understand and communicate basic financial concepts related to life, annuities, mutual funds, and retirement or college savings programs.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to clearly explain products, handle questions, and provide a supportive, client‑centered experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a regulated environment, with attention to detail and adherence to compliance and documentation requirements.
- Relevant state insurance licenses (or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe); FINRA registrations are a plus depending on responsibilities.
- Proficiency with office software and CRM or policy administration systems for accurate data entry and recordkeeping.
- Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or a related client‑facing role preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is beneficial.
