As a Trading Associate you will play a crucial role in enhancing our customers’ trading experience and building long‑lasting relationships, focusing on equities trading, options trading, margin investing, and related issues.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Communicate with customers using email, phone, and chat, providing efficient and effective solutions with kindness
- Professionally and efficiently resolve customer complaints, issues, and disputes, handling escalated complex cases when necessary
- Act as the voice of the customer by identifying and communicating customer pain points or opportunities to the product team
- Develop deep subject mastery and offer personalized support on complex trading strategies, derivatives, and investment opportunities
- Pursue additional licenses to broaden your professional expertise and contribute to the growth of our business
- Proactively develop and maintain strong relationships with high‑net‑worth customers, acting as their primary point of contact for trading‑related inquiries
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize trading operations and enhance the overall customer experience
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 required
- Bilingual English/Chinese proficiency preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics or related field preferred
- Exemplary professionalism with meticulous attention to detail, patience, and empathy
- Strong crisis management and decision‑making skills
- Excellent cross‑departmental communication and coordination abilities
- Capable of working under high‑pressure conditions
- 1+ years of relevant experience in the financial industry preferred
- Experience executing and managing trades across different asset classes preferred
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements preferred
- The ideal candidate demonstrates accountability by taking ownership of their actions, behaviors, performance, and decisions—including punctuality and attendance—while responsibly managing leave in accordance with their agreed entitlement

Base pay for a successful applicant will depend on a variety of job‑related factors, including education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is $50,000 - $70,000
. This role is also eligible to participate in our discretionary bonus plan.
