Financial Analyst

Compass offers a Financial Analyst rotational role providing the opportunity to develop you into a well‑rounded future finance leader.

• Completing assignments in areas such as: commercial and supply‑chain finance, financial planning and analysis, large capital projects and international development support
• Finance lead on Datacenter projects from Development through Construction completion.
• Develop Datacenter Campus budgets and associated cashflow forecasts.
• Analyze and interpret construction cost data to ensure market consistency during the budgeting and general contractor selection process.
• Partner with the Pre‑Construction team to support the contracting process from a finance perspective. Become a change‑management champion for post contract modifications.
• Manage construction vendor invoice review process, ensure proper coding, and communication with accounts payable teams. Including the responsibility for accurate month‑end accruals for the relevant construction projects.

• A highly motivated, results‑driven professional who can simultaneously manage multiple projects.
• A team player who has the interpersonal skills and personality to influence other team members of the team.
• Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
• Analytical mind with strong conceptual and problem‑solving skills.

• 0–2 years or more of professional experience as Financial Analyst or Financial Consultant.
• Bachelor’s or Masters Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field required
