* About the Role:

* CBRE is seeking a Finance Manager to join its Advisory FP&A team at corporate headquarters in Dallas, Texas.

The Finance Manager will support the quarterly forecast, annual budget, and month end close processes for CBRE's Advisory segment financials. The role works closely with Advisory finance leadership and LOB finance teams to synthesize financial performance, develop planning deliverables, and provide analytical support to executive stakeholders.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Apply financial expertise and business acumen to build and maintain planning models, interpret results, and develop commentary and analysis for Advisory Finance leadership.

+ Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and planning cycles including close packages, Q  materials, budget submissions, and rolling forecast updates.

+ Partner with LOB finance teams to understand variances, compile narratives, and provide forecast and budget support.

+ Utilize financial planning systems including TM1/Planning Analytics and advanced MS Excel to manage large data sets and support planning file development.

+ Consolidate and synthesize Advisory segment financials, identifying key performance drivers and communicating areas of risk or opportunity to finance leadership.

+ Identify and implement process improvements that standardize, automate, or simplify planning and reporting workflows across the FP&A function.

+ Participate in projects, relating to pricing, new project cost & savings tracking, and long-term planning.

+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement.

+ Apply knowledge of own discipline and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.

+ Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes.

+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; MBA or CPA a plus.

+ 5+ years of prior work experience in a related field, with demonstrated experience in FP&A, financial planning, or management reporting.

+ Demonstrated experience delivering Q , board-level, or executive reporting packages independently within a multi-region or complex business environment.

+ Demonstrated track record of driving growth initiatives through financial analysis and strategic recommendations.

+ Experience working in multi-currency, multi-region financial environments; FX-neutral reporting exposure preferred.

+

Experience with financial consolidation and planning tools (TM1, Essbase, Hyperion, SAP BPC, Anaplan, or equivalent).

+ Proficiency in data analytics and business intelligence platforms (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent) preferred; SQL or Python a plus.

+ Proven ability to translate complex financial data into strategic insights and executive-ready narratives to present on.

+ Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.

+ Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.

+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

+ Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

+ Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
