We’re seeking an experienced Income Tax Manager to join our growing Finance team.
This role is ideal for someone who brings strong tax provision and compliance experience, thrives in a multinational environment, and is ready to lead and influence across a global organization. You will play a key role in managing tax operations, supporting strategic initiatives, and helping scale processes as ISN continues to expand.
What You’ll Do- Prepare and oversee quarterly and annual tax provisions
- Review income tax returns, work papers, and filings; monitor tax law changes
- Manage and review tax GL account reconciliations
- Oversee tax work papers, including taxable income and estimate calculations
- Partner with internal teams, external firms, and authorities on audits and tax inquiries
- Support tax budgeting and forecasting
- Analyze and interpret tax legislation and regulatory changes
- Support multinational income tax compliance
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive corporate tax and business objectives
- Lead and contribute to process improvement and compliance initiatives (ISO/QMS)
- 7+ years of corporate tax experience (income tax filing, provisions, and research) Leadership experience with ability to guide and influence teams Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations
- Experience with transfer pricing
- Public company experience is a plus
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

Onsite Requirements: Employees must be within a commutable distance to the office and be willing to come into the office for required trainings, events, team activities, and meetings. Employees are required to be in-person during training and at least 3 days per week on an ongoing basis.
