We are seeking a hands‑on finance leader to oversee accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, business operations, and key administrative functions. This role will serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership while maintaining ownership of day‑to‑day financial operations, reporting, forecasting, systems administration, and process improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical accounting expertise with operational leadership experience in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all accounting operations and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including complex accounting areas such as revenue recognition, accruals, and financial statement preparation
  • Manage multi‑entity accounting and consolidation activities
  • Review and analyze project and business unit profitability to support management decision‑making
  • Maintain strong internal controls and ensure financial reporting accuracy
  • Own the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting activities
  • Develop financial models, business performance metrics, and profitability analyses
  • Support pricing and commercial decision‑making through financial analysis
  • Administer sales commission calculations and reporting
  • Prepare executive and board‑level reporting packages and presentations
Treasury & Cash Management
  • Manage cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning
  • Oversee banking relationships and treasury activities
  • Monitor financing arrangements and ensure compliance with lending requirements and covenants
  • Support capital planning and financial risk management initiatives
Tax, Compliance & Corporate Administration
  • Coordinate federal, state, and local tax compliance activities with external advisors
  • Support ownership, investor, and stakeholder reporting requirements
  • Oversee corporate insurance programs and annual renewals
  • Assist with corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and special projects as needed
Systems & Business Process Improvement
  • Own finance and accounting systems administration, reporting, integrations, and data integrity
  • Partner with business stakeholders to optimize operational systems and reporting workflows
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities that improve efficiency, scalability, and control effectiveness
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across finance and business operations
Business Operations Support
  • Partner with commercial and operational teams to improve reporting, forecasting, and performance measurement
  • Support contract administration, revenue tracking, and operational reporting processes
  • Coordinate with third‑party service providers on business technology and operational initiatives
  • Manage cross‑functional projects that support organizational growth and scalability
Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead, mentor, and develop accounting and finance personnel
  • Establish priorities, allocate resources, and manage team workloads
  • Foster a collaborative, high‑performance culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement
  • Participate in hiring, training, performance management, and succession planning activities
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
  • Progressive experience in accounting, financial reporting, FP&A, and finance leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial statement preparation
  • Experience managing budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and business planning processes
  • Proven ability to implement process improvements and leverage technology to drive efficiency
  • Excellent communication skills with experience presenting financial information to executive leadership and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing a team
