What's a typical day as Payroll Analyst? You'll be:

• Providing coverage for the Payroll Office help desk by responding to inquiries via email and phone.
• Maintaining and updating employee records, including deductions and direct deposit information.
• Distributing paychecks for pickup and through mail.
• Distributing payroll reports to campus recipients.
• Reporting directly to the Payroll Manager or designated supervisor.

• Possess strong communication skills for handling phone and email inquiries.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining sensitive employee records.
