Mortgage Loan Closer – Full-Time (Dallas, TX)

At Sunflower Bank, N.A., we’re committed to serving our communities and supporting our team members. We’re looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual for the full-time Mortgage Loan Closer position at our Dallas, TX location. Remote options are available.

• Process approved loan requests and deliver completed loan documents to the lender and the customer prior to the requested time.
• Process accurate loan documents to the lenders.
• Serve as back‑up for mortgage loan application input using automated mortgage loan documentation preparation software.
• Process pay outs.
• Process construction rolls, mortgage modifications and endorsements.
• Enter HMDA information for approved loans.
• Maintain knowledge and participation in the promotion of company’s products and services.
• Serve as back‑up to positions within the Mortgage Processing Area.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Technical training in computer systems, banking applications and lending is preferred.
• Exceptional detail, time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours.

The physical demands of this position require the ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Pay is dependent on knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, and location.
