A regional bank is looking for an experienced CRE loan closer. The ideal person will have banking experience and 3+ recent years of experience in a CRE loan closing position.
Responsibilities- Draw up documents in Laser Pro.
- Work with third party vendors.
- Conduct UCC searches.
- Work in a small team environment.
- Read leases and SNDA agreements.
- Experienced CRE loan closer.
- Banking experience.
- 3+ recent years in a CRE loan closing position.
- Self‑driven, excellent attention to detail, high degree of accuracy.
