Job Description
As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), you will obtain your Securities Industry licenses, receiving dedicated and personalized classes for the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 and Series 66 exams. Once licensed, you will be taught foundational advisory skills—acquiring, building, and managing client relationships, evaluating complex financial pictures, and guiding clients toward solutions that help them live their best financial lives.
You will then work in a financial center, delivering Bank of America’s core banking and investment solutions while providing client care.
You will begin in stage I, and once your performance and licensing milestones are achieved, you will progress to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II, where you will deepen and expand relationships within a client portfolio. This progression opens paths for advancement across Bank of America and Merrill, supported by Academy programs, tools, and resources.
