Job Description
Full‑time, on‑site Loan Officer Assistant at Direct Finance.
Role DescriptionThe Loan Officer Assistant assists the loan officer by prospecting new leads, collecting required documents, following up with clients, and communicating with processors, real estate professionals, and other parties throughout the loan application process.
Qualifications- Sales skills and mortgage industry knowledge
- Customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Experience in processing or underwriting preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment with attention to detail and priority management
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and mortgage LOS systems
- High school diploma;
Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field preferred
Mortgage License or related certification would be beneficial.
