Overview

The Commercial Banking team actively engages businesses with annual revenues between $50MM and $500MM, providing a suite of products and services. As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will grow the Bank’s profitability by cultivating new commercial relationships and expanding or retaining existing ones.

Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a commercial loan portfolio by prospecting new Commercial & Industrial business.
  • Lead team members to identify additional products and services that may benefit clients.
  • Collaborate with commercial clients to understand their business and financial needs.
  • Analyze client businesses to qualify them for bank products and services.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of sales experience, including 2 years in Commercial Bank Sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of credit, bank products, services, underwriting, and bank operations.
  • Curiosity and a desire to understand how companies operate and succeed in their industries.
  • Resilience, agility, accountability, and drive.
Compensation
  • California, Washington DC, New Jersey, and New York: $120,750 – $189,000
  • Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, Washington, and Wisconsin: $110,250 – $173,030
  • All other states: $99,750 – $157,060
