Texas Senior Loan Officer (Dallas)Responsibilities
- Review new loan requests, including credit history, financial statements and spreads, to determine whether proposed credit application includes all necessary information and meets lending criteria outlined in the Bank’s lending policies and guidelines.
- Prepare well-developed credit memoranda in accordance with the Bank’s required underwriting format and guidelines.
- Ensure implementation and compliance to meet lending and other applicable banking requirements.
- Actively participate with lending staff, commercial marketing officers, and branch managers to ensure that all documentation is in place, applicable terms and conditions are adhered to, and required financial exhibit due dates and monitors are met, with exhibits received from customers in a timely manner.
- Maintain constant communications to discuss loan portfolio to determine any potential credit risks with loan officers, relationship manager, portfolio group manager, and credit administration on a regular basis.
- Maintain credit quality of assigned loan portfolio, within Bank guidelines and bank standards; promptly surface all risk issues uncovered while managing the portfolio.
Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of loan experience.
- Associate’s degree in Accounting preferred;
Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, or a related field strongly preferred. - Demonstrate knowledge and expertise of lending practices and financial principles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Bilingual (English/Korean) preferred.
- Full-time position.
Compensation will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Mortgage Loan Closing/Servicing Assistant (Los Angeles)Responsibilities
- Track documents including insurance, collateral documents, and title policies.
- Provide customer service to borrowers and branch personnel with loan-related inquiries.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 2+ years in mortgage loan doc drawing, funding, post-closing, or related experience required.
- Prepare mortgage loan documents and closing disclosures.
- Review closing packages for completeness and accuracy and assign funding conditions.
- Review and confirm all funding conditions are satisfied prior to funding.
- Act as a liaison between escrow agents, title companies, branches, brokers, and settlement teams.
- Respond promptly to closing-related questions from internal and external stakeholders.
- Advanced knowledge with state and federal regulations and responsibility for compliance.
Base hourly range: $23 - $36.06
SBA Loan/Operation Assistant (Los Angeles)Responsibilities
