Treasury Analyst

What you bring to the table

Beck is looking for a talented Treasury Analyst to join an extraordinary team at our Dallas Corporate Headquarters. This position will primarily be responsible for maintaining and administering the company’s expense management tool and various company card programs. The ideal candidate will have strong critical‑thinking and analytical skills, be able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment, and respond to requests in a timely and professional manner.

Functions
  • Oversee the payment disbursement process and support daily Treasury operations
  • Maintain and administer the expense management platform, company card programs, and cardholder compliance activities
  • Provide support to departments on expense‑related inquiries and resolve support cases in a timely manner
  • Analyze expense processes and policies, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and controls
  • Participate in the evaluation, testing, and implementation of system upgrades and process improvements
  • Cross‑train in cash management and other Treasury functions to ensure adequate departmental coverage
  • Assist with special projects and strategic Treasury initiatives as needed
  • Continuously develop expertise in payments, expense management, Treasury systems, cash management, forecasting, and banking operations
  • Gain progressive exposure to broader Treasury responsibilities, including liquidity planning, banking relationships, and cash forecasting
  • Demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, and effective communication across all interactions
What we’re looking for

A person with a general understanding of Treasury and administrative functions, a passion for getting things done, a positive attitude, and uncompromising authenticity and integrity. You will also meet the following requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related business field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and effectively engage with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking, sound judgment, and problem‑solving abilities
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands and meet deadlines independently
  • Ability to influence others, navigate difficult conversations, and uphold company policies with consistency and professionalism
  • Detail‑oriented with a commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement
  • Familiarity with financial systems and technology, with the ability to learn Treasury Management Systems (TMS)
  • Collaborative team player with a customer‑service mindset and a desire to support the success of others
  • Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and a willingness to learn and take on increasing responsibility
Physical Demands

Frequently required to sit, stand, and move about the office; frequently operate a computer and other office productivity equipment; may lift and move up to ten pounds; constantly communicate with project and operations teams, Beck employees, and external vendors; and maintain timely and consistent attendance.
