Director Corporate Finance & Capital Raising; Data Centers

Four Found is partnered with a leading Global Data Center Owner/Operator to hire a Director – Corporate Finance to support capital raising, project financing and investment analysis across a rapidly growing US portfolio.

The role requires strong financial modeling, analytical capability, and exposure to digital infrastructure, data centers, and broader TMT sectors. This person will assist in evaluating investment opportunities, supporting transaction execution, and maintaining robust financial models to drive data-driven decision-making and strategic capital management.

• Build and own complex financial models
• Support project finance, infrastructure debt and structured finance transactions
• Analyse investments, capital structures and financing strategies
• Prepare lender and investor materials
• Work alongside banks, investors, advisors and senior leadership on live transactions

• 4–7 years' experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Project Finance, Infrastructure Finance or Structured Finance
• Transaction experience across Data Centers, Digital Infrastructure, TMT, Infrastructure or Energy & Power is highly desirable

• Strong financial modelling, valuation and transaction execution experience
• Exposure to debt financing, project finance, capital raising or M&A
• Proven ability to work with banks, investors, financial institutions and cross-functional stakeholders on complex transactions
