• Source and manage your own mortgage processing pipeline.
• Work directly with loan officers, underwriters, and clients to ensure seamless transactions.
• Maintain compliance and accuracy in all loan documentation.
• Build strong relationships with lenders, real estate professionals, and borrowers to grow your business.

• Minimum 2 years of mortgage processing experience.
• Strong understanding of loan guidelines, underwriting, and compliance.
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset – ready to take charge of your success.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and closing loans efficiently.
