We're partnering with a well‑established specialty finance company with 18 years of success and a strong reputation in the Texas lending market. This is an exciting opportunity to help build and scale the finance function while working directly with executive leadership.

• Lead day‑to‑day accounting and finance operations
• Manage month‑end, financial reporting, cash management, and reconciliations
• Drive process improvements, internal controls, and SOP development
• Partner with banks and financing partners to support a growing loan portfolio
• Support budgeting, forecasting, audits, compliance, and strategic finance initiatives
• Play a key role in preparing the company for future debt securitization

• 5+ years of accounting, finance, controllership, banking, or lending experience
• Strong Quick Books and Excel skills
• Experience with process improvement, SOPs, and operational optimization
• Background in specialty finance, lending, banking, loan servicing, or private credit is highly preferred
• A proactive, detail‑oriented professional who enjoys building scalable financial processes
