Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

A leading, technology-driven organization is looking for an FP&A Manager to join its growing finance team. This is an opportunity to step into a highly visible leadership role, partnering with senior executives to drive strategic decision-making across a complex, multi-site business.

You’ll lead a team of three FP&A professionals while helping modernize reporting, forecasting, and financial planning processes through automation and technology.

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A reporting cycles.
• Manage and develop a team of three finance professionals.

• 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience.
• Previous leadership or team management experience.
• Background in Big 4 or a strong corporate FP&A environment preferred.
• Experience partnering directly with senior leadership and the C‑suite.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis skills.
• Advanced Excel skills with experience using enterprise planning systems (One Stream experience is highly desirable).
• SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, or automation experience is advantageous.
