Position: Treasury Sales Client Officer II - Global Payment Solutions Private Bank

Job Description

Treasury Sales Client Officer is responsible for delivery of integrated treasury solutions to Private Bank clients. Partners closely with client-facing teammates to consult on sales opportunities and provide product expertise to deliver the best possible solution.

In this hybrid junior sales/treasury associate role, key responsibilities include actively managing and pursuing treasury revenue streams along with increasing product penetration across an assigned portfolio; partnering closely with client-facing teammates to consult on sales opportunities; as well as providing product expertise to deliver the best possible solution that meets the objectives of the client/prospect.

  • Managing day-to-day relationships with clients, retaining and growing existing revenue, seeking opportunities to deepen solutions per relationship, managing pricing & profitability, and direct phone/web-based client calling within the Private Bank GPS Division.
  • Coordinating regular relationship review meetings with the client team and working with partners on fulfillment requests.
  • Demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and a client‑centric mindset while engaging with top Private Bank clients.
  • Maintaining treasury industry and client subsector expertise and a broad understanding of the bank's structure.
  • Driving revenue and profitability growth by identifying new opportunities and supporting clients with both strategic and tactical needs within the coverage region.
  • Developing data‑driven insights and presentations for clients, including recommendations to reduce risk, improve working capital, and digitize payments/receipts.
  • Participating in the Client Management Process focusing on client relationship development from new client acquisition to deepening existing relationships.
  • Building relationships with internal business partners and key client decision makers and completing account/portfolio business reviews.
  • Ensuring service and fulfilment related requests are directed to relevant teams and responding to all client and partner requests timely.
  • Maintaining pricing for clients and ensuring all products and services are billed accordingly while managing client escalations.
  • Identifying cross‑sell opportunities through account analysis and regular client interaction.
  • Managing client escalations and protecting and growing revenue.
Job Qualifications
  • 3 years of prior treasury sales experience.
  • Product and financial acumen.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to read and leverage data to proactively identify trends and opportunities.
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and balance of multiple sales activities.
  • Deep understanding of bank structure and global cash management products and services.
  • Knowledge of risk guidelines and ability to identify, manage, and escape risk responsibly.
  • Passionately curious, courageous, knowledgeable of bank network and effective business partnering.
Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Private Bank and Ultra High Net Worth client base.
  • B.S. or B.A. in finance, accounting, management, or another undergraduate degree.
