- Reporting to the Managing Director
- Oversee Daily Operations of Fund Finance
- Approving Individual Draws & Repayment Activities
- Compliance
- Oversee all Credit Agreements/Manage all Existing Financing Agreements
- Manage ISDA-Related Documentation
- Oversee Currency Hedging Counter party Relationships and Agreements
- Relationship Management
- Presentations to Internal Stakeholders on all Fund Finance Activity
- 7-12 Years of Fund Finance Experience
- Advanced Experience in Negotiating Terms with Credit and Financing Agreements
