Relationship Banker II

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Communicate effectively, motivating others while being responsive to their needs and concerns.
  • Perform detailed work accurately and efficiently within established guidelines.
  • Participate actively in maintaining guidelines, structure, and established policies when working with others.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license (not learner’s, restricted or “to and from work” license) and driving history meeting the bank’s driver standards.
Desired Skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • Previous banking, cash handling, or financial service experience.
  • 1+ years of demonstrated successful sales experience.
  • Passionate and motivated self-starter.
  • Passion for educating clients on banking products and digital technologies.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to complete work accurately.
  • Analytical thinking and sound decision-making ability.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Capacity to work with multiple computer and software systems.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as cash back and percentages.
