Relationship Banker II
Responsibilities- Build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Communicate effectively, motivating others while being responsive to their needs and concerns.
- Perform detailed work accurately and efficiently within established guidelines.
- Participate actively in maintaining guidelines, structure, and established policies when working with others.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license (not learner’s, restricted or “to and from work” license) and driving history meeting the bank’s driver standards.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Previous banking, cash handling, or financial service experience.
- 1+ years of demonstrated successful sales experience.
- Passionate and motivated self-starter.
- Passion for educating clients on banking products and digital technologies.
- Strong work ethic and ability to complete work accurately.
- Analytical thinking and sound decision-making ability.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Capacity to work with multiple computer and software systems.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as cash back and percentages.
Role is eligible to participate in a scorecard‑based incentive plan, with quarterly incentives earned based on performance against defined metrics.
