Private Credit Sr. Associate - Direct Lending

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a highly collaborative investment team where you ll have meaningful responsibility from day one, working across the entire investment lifecycle while partnering directly with senior investment professionals, management teams, and private equity sponsors.

• Evaluate, underwrite, and execute senior secured direct lending investments across a broad range of industries
• Build and own detailed financial models, credit analyses, downside cases, and capital structure evaluations
• Lead commercial, financial, operational, legal, and accounting due diligence alongside management teams and external advisors
• Prepare comprehensive investment memoranda and present recommendations to the Investment Committee
• Structure financing solutions and negotiate transaction documentation with sponsors, borrowers, and financing counter parties
• Monitor portfolio company performance, assess risk, and support ongoing portfolio management initiatives
• Participate in sponsor coverage efforts and cultivate relationships with leading private equity firms, intermediaries, and management teams
• Mentor junior investment professionals and contribute to the continued growth of the platform

• 3–6 years of experience within Direct Lending, Private Credit, Leveraged Finance, Investment Banking, or another principal investing environment
• Demonstrated experience underwriting and executing middle-market credit investments
• Exceptional financial modelling, credit underwriting, and analytical capabilities
• Outstanding commercial judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail
• A collaborative mindset and genuine passion for long-term credit investing
