Job Title: Junior Financial Operations Support (Entry-Level)

Schedule: Onsite

Pay Rate: $21–$23/hour

Contract: 6+ month contract with possible extension and/or conversion

Great opportunity for recent graduates to start a career in financial services. You’ll gain hands‑on experience supporting operations, working with internal teams, and assisting with client‑related processes in a fast‑paced environment.

• Support daily banking and financial operations activities, including client account maintenance, transaction processing, and operational support tasks
• Prepare, review, and process client‑related documentation while ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures
• Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, compliance, risk, and portfolio management to support business objectives and resolve issues efficiently
• Assist with client onboarding, account updates, reporting requests, and operational inquiries in a fast‑paced environment
• Ensure all activities follow internal risk, compliance, and regulatory guidelines while maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Support process improvement initiatives, operational projects, and workflow optimization efforts to enhance efficiency and client experience
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients to provide account support, resolve inquiries, and deliver professional customer service

• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point

• Recent graduate or early career
• Motivated, reliable, and team‑oriented
• Interest in finance or operations
