YKTN is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Loan Processor to join our Private Credit team. This individual will work closely with our Private Credit and originations team to process, close, and finalize loans, ensuring a seamless transition from origination to post-close operations. The ideal entry-level candidate will be highly organized with strong attention to detail and communication skills.

• Assist originations team in processing loan files and gathering required documentation for underwriting
• Ensure files are complete and meet company lending guidelines prior to closing
• Coordinate and manage pre-closing checklists
• Coordinate, manage, and execute loan closings with borrowers, title companies, and internal teams
• Ensure all closing conditions are met prior to funding
• Transfer closed loans to due diligence for post-close review and investor reporting
• Complete outstanding due diligence items for closed loans as needed
• Prepare and organize closed loans for trade with capital partners at the fund manager’s discretion
• Complete allonges, assignments of mortgage (AOMs), and coordinate proper delivery of collateral files
• Manage delivery of original loan documents, notes, and recorded documents to custodians or designated storage locations

• Recent graduate located in the Dallas area with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields
• (0-1) years' experience in loan processing, closing, or loan operations
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple internal teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
