ORIX USA Group seeks an Associate, Surveillance to provide servicing and asset management support for loans originated by Lument Real Estate Capital. The role spans from loan closing through payoff or liquidation, handling tasks across loan servicing and asset management.
The position requires 2–3 years in commercial mortgage servicing or CRE, with exposure to FHA/USDA/Ginnie Mae/Freddie Mac/Fannie Mae loans, and a Bachelor’s degree in finance or related fields.
