Tax Credit & Impact Finance Tax Attorney - Dallas

Opportunity

Stinson LLP is seeking a highly motivated tax attorney with seven or more years of transactional tax experience and a strong interest in community development transactions utilizing new markets tax credits (NMTCs), historic rehabilitation tax credits (HTCs) and/or renewable energy investment tax credits (RETCs), to join our growing Tax Credit & Impact Finance group in our Dallas office.

• Seven or more years of transactional tax experience
• Active license to practice in the applicable jurisdiction
• Experience with NMTCs, HTCs, and RETCs is strongly preferred, but not required
• Excellent writing and analytical skills
