Position: Private Lending Operations Analyst (Asset & Wealth Management)

A top-tier global financial services firm is seeking a contracted Private Lending Operations Analyst to join its Asset & Wealth Management operations team in Dallas. This group supports the firm’s private lending platform, working behind the scenes to help originate, process, and maintain lending solutions for high-net-worth clients and private investment firms.

The team partners with stakeholders across North America, Europe, and Asia to facilitate new loan issuance through the firm’s banking entities while ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements and internal risk controls throughout the entire loan lifecycle.

Pay Rate: $23/hour

Location: Downtown Dallas, TX

Schedule: Fully onsite – 5 days per week

Duration: 6-month contract to start, with potential for full‑time conversion based on performance and business needs

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with internal partners including lending managers, underwriting teams, credit specialists, legal groups, and financing teams to support the end‑to‑end lending process.
  • Assist wealth advisors and internal client service teams with the application, origination, and servicing of loans for private wealth and institutional clients.
  • Ensure lending activity is processed in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, particularly within highly regulated banking entities.
  • Support ongoing servicing and administrative maintenance for existing loans within the portfolio.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency while maintaining strong risk controls.
  • Manage time‑sensitive and confidential client information with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across multiple departments and regions.
